Insurance broker position - working with clients to assist in shopping for and enrolling in health insurance. This includes medicare, individual (including ACA/Marketplace), and small group plans.

Brokers receive leads that make up 80% of their production in Year 1, but are expected to develop lead sources of their own over time. Prospects/clients come from company advertising and call-in's from community reputation/referrals, so they are very high quality.

Position includes a base salary (amount is negotiable) plus commissions. First year total pay average is $65k, second year average is $80k, third year average is $90k. Commissions includes renewal commissions for existing book of business, so pay becomes more guaranteed and higher every year.

We are growing rapidly with an innovative new website, lead system, and company brand. We are looking for high producers and hard workers, that are honest and have clients best interest at heart. Past sales experience is a must and previous/existing health insurance licensing is a big bonus.

Job allows for unlimited work from home days, but expectation is to be in the office more than 50% of the time for the first 2 months during training.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
